This cute little table runner was quilted with a holly and ribbon pattern in the centre, a pearl design in the green border and freehand feathers in the outside border. It will make a great hostess gift!

Beve’s Garden Trellis
Beve made this Garden Trellis Quilt top many years ago. Now it is out of the cupboard and finished!
The quilting pattern is Home Tweet Home by Donna Kleinke of One Song Needle Arts. It was quilted with a dusty rose cotton covered poly thread with matching Bottom Line in the bobbin.
The quilting shows up well on the plain backing
Heather’s El Dorado Canyon
Heather, a beginner quilter, created this spectacular El Dorado Canyon, a Whirligig pattern, with Northcott Stonehenge fabrics. Her piecing is very precise and the finished top was very flat! Great job on this top!
The digital quilting design, Red Oak by Deb Giessler, was quilted with a YLI variegated thread called Dusk that has a short colour change in orange, tan and green. The thread complemented the colours of the fabric remarkably well.
Heather’s son will be the lucky recipient of this wonderful quilt.
June’s Anastasia’s Dream
June created this warm and richly coloured batik top with the pattern Anastasia’s Dream from the book Quick and Easy Romantic Quilts by Sandy Berry.
The quilting design is Damask, by Anne Bright. Its leafy contours suit the autumn tones of this quilt. The YLI thread, called Dusk, is variegated with a short change in tones of orange, tan and green. It suits this quilt well and looks quite exciting on the batik top.
Christine’s Leafy Hunter Quilt
Christine’s printed panel has been bordered with coordinating fabrics to make a wonderful lap sized quilt. The leafy fabric design is complemented by a digital edge to edge quilting design called Sugar Maple design from Apricot Moon. The thread is an olive green cotton covered poly that blends well with the colours of the quilt. The quilt is planned as a Christmas gift for a fellow who is an avid hunter. I think he will really like this snuggly quilt!
Eleanor’s Modern Quilt
Eleanor’s modern quilt in a variety of black and white prints was quilted with an edge to edge design called Inspiration by Anne Bright. It features doves in flight which is perfect for a wedding quilt like this. The thread is a grey poly which blends well with both the black and white. Wonderful quilt! The bride and groom, a modern couple, will love the strong graphic appeal of this quilt.
